Thank you all for giving my "babies" wonderful, loving homes...

Lisa,

I was searching the internet for basset hound puppies and I came across your website. I quickly realized that we bought our basset from you 3 years ago (Christmas 2000)! Our basset is the best! He has soooooooooooooo much personality; there are days when we just stare at him and laugh! He also retrieves things, does Max or Molly do this? It is kind of a weird habit for a basset! His name was TJ but we have since renamed him Furley. I don't know where the name came from but it just fits him! If you wouldn't mind sending me an address for you, I would love to send you pictures of him. He looks just like Max! We are contemplating adding another hound to our lives but we will probably wait until after we start a family of our own (as you know, hounds are a lot of work!). Well, I just wanted to keep in touch with you. I am so glad we found your website; we are absolutely thrilled with our hound and would never buy one anywhere else! Maybe we could plan to get together so you can see Furley. Please write back at your convenience. Thank you for breeding such wonderful dogs!!!!!

Sincerely,

Kevin and Kris Druh

Lisa,
I got the puppy pack. It's awesome! And the little pin is so cute. Your information is packaged so nicely. Thank you.
Thanks again,
Melissa

Lisa,

You are AWESOME!!!!! She is so wonderful!!! And doing fine. She was a bit jet lag at the airport and the way home, but very quickly started to entertain us. She follows my kids around and gives kisses on command. She is resting in her kennel now and no, your right, she does not like it. Thank you very much for making a very happy happy family!
Thank you,
Melissa Lilligan

Hi Lisa,

My wife fell in love with the puppy as soon as she saw him.  He is already adapting to his new surroundings and looks pretty happy.
 Thanks again,

Hi, Lisa!

Just wanted to let you know how much we love the puppy we got from you!  I'm attaching a photo - he's just the sweetest dog, and very well-behaved.  We go for a walk every morning and I've been stopped by neighbors a lot who comment on how beautiful he is.  His "unofficial" name is Rawley, and I've already been able to teach him "sit" and "down"  (we're diligently working on "off!")
 Thanks again!

Dear Lisa,
We just wanted to write you a short note telling you how much we are enjoying our new pug. Her name is "Sweetness" and that is exactly what she is. She is so much more than we ever expected and are so glad we found you (and her). Thank you for all your help and for taking care of Sweetness her first 8 weeks. As she gets older, we will send email pictures!

Thanx again,
Francine and John Shore

Here's a note from Sweetness: Thanx for sending me home with these 2 great parents. I love them!!!! Love, Sweetness

Hi there Lisa,

I just wanted to let you know that the baby girl is doing wonderful....I took her to the vet today (48hr.check up) and she's perfect.  She goes back in three weeks for another set of shots....and just so you know her vet is the Rossmoor VCA.

I'll be sending you some pictures of Elvis and Priscilla tomorrow. I have to download them from the digital camera.  They love each other, and are getting along great.
 Talk to you soon,
 Thanks so much!

Hi Lisa,

I just wanted to thank you for the package! We received it yesterday! Thank you for the puppy toys too! Josie is doing great. I took her today for her dystemper shot. She did fine. Also she is growing! She weighs 11.9 lbs.! She gained a pound in a week. She is sleeping alot. During the day but not so much during the night. We are working on that though. Potty training is coming along well. She knows where the door is and goes to it pretty well when she has to go. Shane sent the documents back to you yesterday, so watch for them in a few days.
I can't tell you enough how happy we are. She has been good therapy for our family. My son fell in love with her! We are very happy Lisa! Well, better go. I will send you some pictures soon! Bye for now.
Kathi
P.S.     Sophie soo is beautiful! But I think Josie looks like Max!

Hi, Lisa!

We just wanted to thank you for everything you did to prepare us and the puppy for his new home.  Toby has adjusted very well and we think he likes us :) We absolutely love him and are very grateful to have found you.  I can’t even count how many complements he has received.  Thank you very much and keep producing those wonderful puppies.

Hi Lisa,

I don't know if you're going to remember me, but my name is Annie Guichard and I "adopted" a pug from you last June. Bailey has been a wonderful little guy with a sweet disposition. I just wanted you to know that he is doing very well and has made lots of friends (both human and doggie). Thank you so much for breeding such lovely pugs!

Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to give you on update on Maranello (a.k.a "Nello" since some of my friends can't pronounce his full name).  The past week has been great. Maranello has won everyone's hearts and has also proven to them that he is not just another cute puppy. He has done very well in adapting to his new environment and has also learned the rules about going potty outside. It's amazing! He even sits on command when I have a treat.

I didn't call, but I'm sure you're aware that everything went well at the vet by my not calling.

Thanks again for all you help and for making this holiday that much more special.

-Alex

Here you go Lisa,  I think these two will be very close.  Dudley watches every move she makes. When she goes outside he shows her where to go potty.  Thank You Lisa for taking such good care of our little girl, she is so beautiful.  My husband is in Love.  I think she will make a wonderful addition to our little family.  God Bless and Merry Christmas.

Hi Lisa,

Just wanted to say hello and let you know that my Murphy had his 1st birthday Dec. 9th.  I live in Aliso Viejo and just finished recomending someone from here to you.

Murphy is Beautiful and fills up my life with so much fun and Love.  He is so spoiled, everything you can buy for a dog he got for Christmas. He rides in the car with his new car seat and loves to go get coffee with me.  He walks daily with me to our park down the street.  Just wanted to let you know he is doing great and has given me such joy.  Thank you again,

I wanted to drop you a note to say thank you again for putting him up where we could get him from you. He is the sweetest most loving baby you could imagine, he is great with my kids and he is almost fully potty trained. I included a few pics of him so you can see how he is getting bigger and bigger. Thank you again, we love him to pieces

We wanted to thank you again for breeding such a wonderful Chihuahua.

Extremely sweet, well mannered, not yappy nor a biter and very, very

smart. You deserve to give yourself a round of applause.

Lisa,

Hi, I have been meaning to write to you for some time now. I wanted to let you know how much we love having our Min Pin in our lives and wonder what we ever did without out her before. She is about 9 months now <the litter born on Feb. 17th>, and my family and I adore her. She is such a tiny little thing, weighing in right around 5lbs now and so full of spunk. Anyway, I wanted to write to you and send a picture of her....sorry its  not a better one.

HI lisa,  Please feel free to use my letter and pictures of Murphy for your web page.  I would love for anyone looking at your site as a possible place to purchase a puppy to know just how wonderful you are and the excellent care your puppies recieve the minute they come into the world.  I witnessed 1st hand your house and how well kept the puppies were.  I came to your house to  pick out my pug puppy when he was only 3 weeks old and then visited him each week there after until I brought him home when he was 9 weeks old.  Just as you promised these puppies are cared for with loving people around them from the minute they are born in a clean environment with constant care.  Exactly what I was looking for in a Breeder.  For anyone attempting to buy a puppy through the web site and then having it shipped, rest assured Lisa is the best.  She cares for her puppies as if they were ALL HER OWN.  My Boy is healthy and good tempered because of her care from the beginning. He is a Love bug. Thank you Lisa,  Talk to you soon.

Hi Lisa,

When we decided to get a new house, the very first thing we mutually decided on was that we wanted 2 puppies. Originally, I wanted a Corso and Veronica wanted a lab. After we visited your kennel, Veronica quickly changed her mind and decided on a Corso as well. We are so happy to have been lucky enough to get these 2 guys from you. They are indeed a very special part of our family. Words can not express just how happy these guys make us. I sent a couple of pictures. Maximus is on the left, Roman is on the right. I’ll send regular pictures so that you can see them grow.

Thank you again.

Dear Lisa,

I hope all is well with you, your family and all the animals.

I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that Sara's puppy "Izzy" is doing well and rules the roost at our house. It has been almost 3 months since we bought the beautiful little boy from you. The whole family is in love with him. And the usual comment from strangers is," he is the friendliest chihuahua I've ever seen". He starts puppy preschool next month. We picked the perfect little boy. Thank you so much!

Sincerely,
Doe and Butch Ryti

P.S. we still hope to get together to go trail riding with you. Our Belgians Jon and Jordan are anxious to meet your guy.

Dear Lisa,

Hi from Scottsbluff! I've been meaning to send you more photos of Maggie, but she keeps us busy!! She's a wonderful, beautiful puppy and we absolutely can't imagine life without her. Thank you so much for sending her to us!

I'm attaching a link to Maggie's page on dogster.com. This is a pretty recent photo. She's a petite girl and only weighs about 35 pounds but loves to run around our backyard so gets plenty of exercise.

Tod and I have been keeping up with Sarah and Max's latest pups on your website--it's tempting! There's nothing in the world cuter than a baby basset...

Take care,

I just read the stories about you rescuing abandoned dogs and they really touched my heart. We bought a Min-Pin from you in late December '02 or early January '03. He was born November 16, 02. He is a beautiful dog named Kobe. He really is gorgeous. Anyways, we live in MN and because of your story, I am going to adopt an abandoned Min Pin. I hope you folks continue to do what you do and know there are rewards for opening up your hearts like your family has. Those rewards may not be here on earth but they will come in due time. Thanks for the stories.
Samuel and Natalia

Here is a "hazy" pic of Kobe. His sire was Shandels Casanova Prince and dam was Erins Mini Montana. Thank you.

Hi Lisa,

My mother and I want to thank you again for the wonderful time we had purchasing our new puppy.  You were great!   The drive, your home, and your hospitality made for a day that we won't soon forget.  Your thoughtfulness and professionalism left us with the best possible feeling about the care our puppy has received.  The packet of information you gave us is quite helpful, with the How to Prepare for a New Puppy  page being my favorite.

It looks like the name Marco is going to stick.  So far, he and our other Boston Emma have not gotten along.  Marco is the friendly one, of course.  I think Emma just needs to get used to the idea of not being the only pampered pet around here now.  We'll keep you posted.  And don't be surprised if after a few months you received an email with a photo of Marco all grown up!

Please let us know if they use his image in the ad!   I'll be in touch.  Thanks so much,

Randy Mulder

Hi Lisa, this little corgi is too smart! She uses the "potty run", sleeps in it, actually!
She walks well on a leash, comes to me.......what a GOOD girl! She plays with my 2 cats, who allow puppies to MAUL them. She has met the llamas, the horses, and the other dogs all like her. She is QUIET, which is funny, because the first Corgi I saw barked nonstop! However, i knew i could get a quiet one. (it was the owner).
Everyone LOVES her. She is wormed once now, and on yogurt and probiotics. That firmed her stool up.........Also, she is on AVODERM, kibble.

Funny, but my poodle itched like mad........kept giving him baths in tea tree oil shampoo. Now I am taking him off of solid gold, which has barley in it.He hardly scratches at all. His new food is Avoderm, NO GRAIN, just chicken and rice. I found it at the vet supply, thank goodness!(just thought that might help someone).

Have fun, and isn't this cool weather awesome?!!

Patti

My wife & I thought a long time about getting a Boston Terrier. We did our homework and read books on the breed, checked websites etc. We waited and talked to alot of breeders but kept coming back and checking Lisa's website. We purchased "Zelda" about 2 months ago and she has been so much more than we hoped for. Healthy and full of energy, she has a great disposition and is quite a character!
Lisa was great to work with and really helped us with the decision making process. She has a great selection of healthy pups. We couldn't be happier with our Boston & maybe we'll be back for another sometime! Thanks Lisa !!!

Hi Lisa

Just sending you these pictures of baby boo bear at 4 months old for the website. She was from your November 8 2005 litter (Bogie Bear and Lil' Jollie Jolie). She has brought the family a lot of love and joy. We took her to dog park for the first time the first week of March and she was running things, everyone fell in love with her as well. She has all her shots now so she's ok. We'll send you more pictures as she grows.

                                                                                 Thank You

We just wanted to know, we celebrated one of Sophie's pups--we call her Paris-- first birthday on Friday. We had a real birthday party for her with 12 guests!! I just wanted you know how grateful we are to have such a fun dog. My kids (7 and 9) love her more than I ever cold imagine--my son even wrote a story about his puppy as the best thing that ever happened to him.

Anyway, we just wanted you know how happy and grateful we are to have our dog, and to let you know she's doing just fine in her home (if it's possible to love her too much--we're guilty!)

Thanks again!

The Anderson-DeSantis family

Hi Lisa, my name is Ed Villanueva. We purchased a Boston Terrier from you. Her name is Gwen. I just wanted to share how much we adore her. We think she's the best looking Boston ever. To this day she is full of spunk, mixed with "piss & vinegar". She is a very unusual Boston in that she is strong willed, fiesty, and,out spoken. However she loves to jog with me, play very hard for hours, and she can dribble a soccer ball better than most teen age players. She also loves camping out and hiking. Last summer we moved to Durango, Colorado and Gwen has adapted very well to this environment, she loves fresh snow. Anyway we believe that we recieved a high quality Boston and I just wanted to share that with you. I have attached a couple of pictures, she is 16 pounds of pure muscle. I hope others find such joy with their Greatshire dogs.

Hi Lisa,

You are a life saver! Here is a picture of Mia (our new little girl) and Rome. He has been so happy and playful with her. We were astonished at how quickly he adapted to her. She follows him around every where and he just loves it.

Thank you again for everything,
Nolan & Veronica
